A&iPest can organise Building and Pest Inspections on your behalf. Our clients often tell us that they want the best possible information before making this most important decision – that’s where our two-man team of specialists can help.
Two-man team – one for buildings and one for pests.
Our Building and Pest Inspection teams are made up of certified Master Builder and Timber Pest Inspector.
We encourage our clients to attend our inspections so that we can answer questions as we go.
Each of our Building and Pest Inspections takes the respective inspector around one to one and a half hours to complete and our reports can be delivered in 24 hours.
At A&iPest we have specialised termite equipment to help us find potential problems:
- Termatrac 3i (The world’s #1 termite detector) which is a three in one device including:
- Termite Detection Radar
- Remote Thermal Sensor with Laser Guide
- Moisture sensor
- Borescope – an optical tool used to view areas that would otherwise not be visible.
- Tramex moisture meter – for precise measurements of moisture content in wood, relative drywall readings and comparative WME (Wood Moisture Equivalent). Readings in wood by-products and other building products.
- High-definition camera
We report it as we see it!
